Ben Cohen, MS, CSCS, SCCC is a former college and professional strength coach that has worked with the 2004 Div. IAA National Champion James Madison Dukes Football team, the 2007 National Champion LSU Football team, the 2009 SEC Champion LSU Women's Soccer team, and the 2009 National Champion LSU Baseball team. He has also coached at the University of Texas in Austin, the University of Louisiana – Lafayette, Nike SPARQ and the United States Olympic Committee. In 2010, Ben decided to leave the college ranks and devote his time to developing youth by sharing his passion of lifting weights and training with kids in the Birmingham area. Ben also has extensive kinetic chain assessment skills and is proficient in four techniques of flexibility.
